Privacy notice

Your data

We store your account details and your projects in the EU (Google Cloud, Frankfurt). Companies see your first name, the first letter of your last name, and the postcode area and town of the job. Your email, phone and street address are never sent unless you share them in a conversation.

Project text, files and replies are processed by an AI model from Anthropic (USA) under standard contractual clauses, to prepare questions, find companies and organise quotes.

For companies we contact

We found your public business contact details on your own website. We used them once to deliver a customer's request for a quote, on that customer's instruction. You can stop all requests from QuoteScout with the opt-out link in any message; we keep only a one-way hash of your address so we never contact it again.
